New Gallifrey Home Of The New Time Lord Race

A new gallifreyan man after graduating from the school took The title of Jaroner and made a much better promise than The Doctor with some similarities but not many. He then Took a type 80 TARDIS with an assistant his daughter Mary to Earth in the year 1992 where they vacationed at for a few years. Eventually in the year 2020 they decided to leave Earth. While their whole time there the TARDIS is parked and disguised as a double wide trailer house on Union Street in Kentucky in the town of Crowingsville in Cart County. They were followed by concerned citizens Joshua Norris and Ashley Pikeman who thought that the two we're acting oddly. They saw them going in the house with frosted windows so they went in and thought it would be a confrontation with them. Jaroner and Mary quickly dispatched that idea by telling them everything. Then he teased Joshua and Ashley saying,” yeah, but no that you know our secret”, Mary stopped and Jaroner continued,”what are we going to do with you two?” H

On New Gallifrey the home planet of The New Time Lord Race and society they have a much better system than the old Gallifrey and The old Time Lord's. A more Democratic Republic Gallifrey where Lord presidents and Lady vice president are elected to office by the will of the people on New Gallifrey. They are noticing the old Time Lord's and old Gallifreyan’s mistakes and have learned from them to make their new Gallifreyan and New Time Lord society a better one, even incorporating them into their Schoolings about what not to do and what to do if they we're in a specific situation. The title a new Gallifreyan would take doesn't have to be a job title it can be a simple human name and they take promises still when they graduate from the School of their choosing. They have better tardises than the old ones of old Gallifrey. All of them have different features of all of the people they have their genetic composition of but as the people of New Gallifrey.

The universe was crying happy, and the message was received all across the universe. Everybody was rejoicing in the fact that the people of New Gallifrey had sent that message of forgiveness and in return they all sent back the biggest thank you in the history of the universe. Everyone celebrated for sixteen hundred years. They we're glad that this has worked out well for them. Then they just continued business as usual for everyone even The New Gallifrey which is home of The New Time Lord Race and society which of course has been doing better than the one's before them. All is right with the universe. Then they all wandered what if The Doctor found out.

As they watched the regeneration of The planet New Gallifrey they saw a new species being born. For days they watched it glowing. They all hope that this is going well. Days passed then year's passed. They all waited, hoping, praying, and asking for forgiveness for their hatred towards them and all of the time lord's and time ladies of old Gallifrey and that the New one's will be merciful and understanding. Finally it settled and they looked at the new planet in Awesomeness and then began monitoring it. They all then went back to their respective home world's as the new planet New Gallifrey Home of The New Time Lord Race and society to develop. They are going back to their old lives now and after a while they got a new notification from New Gallifrey and The new Time Lord society and the message simply said," thank you, and you are forgiven always and completely forgiven for what you did to the other people we are made from".

Over the year's working on the details and the construction of The planet New Gallifrey they all got a sense that they we're doing something worthwhile. After The collecting of the DNA from the people they were supposed to get the different batches from. New Gallifrey is finished being built. Now for the New Time Lord Race to be made from the DNA that they are supposed to mix. As the mixing commenced and the finishing touches being added put a timer on the regenerator in the DNA once the mixing is complete. They all then launched the DNA onto the planet. Then they set off the regenerator all in One voice command. They then just said,” and now we wait”. The work was done and over now to just wait until the planetary regeneration was done.

After The plans to rebuild Gallifrey had been drawn out and put into action. Now the DNA collection begins to take place. Getting ready for the order in which to do it in they start with The Time Lord's DNA collecting. Getting the first batches sent from The Division. Then The Doctor's DNA which they got a lot of batches from and The Master and The rest of the time lord's from old Gallifrey. Then all of the human companions DNA from which they have gotten a lot of batches from. After the Flux event and after swarm had killed Tecteun not recognizing that she had activated her last contingency plan to put herself into a new Time Lord's and Time Ladies when they are made. Everything is going as planned and going very well.

They all go ahead and make plans for how The skies should look on New Gallifrey and what color's the clouds should be on New Gallifrey. Then what The landscapes should be also what they shouldn't be. The same with the skies and clouds colors should and shouldn't be. Then they agreed on a lot of things that the New Gallifrey Home of The New Time Lord Race should and shouldn't be. The rest people had to concede some things to the other people. Then the debate over which race to get the DNA from first. All the others debated the order in which they should gather the DNA from the two species. Then they just went through with it and did it.

The agreement was reached and the shadow proclamation we're just fine with being observers in space. they all Conquered,” we all know what to do and how to do it now so let's get to it!?!?!” They all left off and started on the tasks. The rest of them started planning and coordinating with one another. Each gaining the assets and material needed to accomplish the this gigantic task. They all got to see how much they should do and what they must do for them cause after all they needed someone to befriend and to rival against cause it had gotten boring with no resistance. That drove them all forward the need to have a thing that is just worth it. Eventually they had gotten something better a sense of reliance and a hope for forgiveness.

The debates over what to add and how much better they want to make them. Other people wandered out loud,” do we have the right to do something like this?!?!?!?” The Shadow proclamation we're thinking about giving this intergalactical project but that would eliminate their remaining power in the universe. The Draconians had also wandered and asked,” if we light that spark of life can we all make it better than it was?” The Vinusian’s wandered about how they should be going through this,” how can they be different and learn from the old Time Lord's mistakes and how do we organize this operation?” They all of a sudden agreed saying in almost unison,” it's just the right thing to do.” 

Every day the beings across the universe meet and talk about the plans and how to prepare for creating a new Gallifrey and about the Time Lord Society of old Gallifrey studding all aspects. The Daleks would.say,” No, they should have three hearts instead of two!!!” The Cybermen argued,”what? No, they should still have two heart's and two of every organ a human has!!!!!” The Judoon would respond,” they should have a higher count regeneration limit and should have more brain power than the old one's!” The silurians from their new home planet came too and argued,” they should be able to have an earth name as an option as opposed to just a Job title?!?!?!?” The rest just had some good suggestions for what to do and how to plan. Eventually they all came to a consensus about what to do and what to get. These we're the things that would make the New Gallifrey Home of the New Time Lord Race.

All of the Doctor's enemies along with all of the Time Lord's enemies are missing something and someone to fight against. All of The Doctor's and the Time Lord's friends and allies are missing something and someone to inspiration to be like and show kindness. During the events of the Flux they saw just how much people cared about Gallifrey and that Tecteun was hurting that her daughter's old friend The Master had manipulated everything except the truth about The Doctor being who they are. Tecteun had planned to tell The Doctor about everything until the master got ahead of her and ruined a good reunion of mother and daughter that she was looking forward to seeing through. They all after the events of The Flux they all saw a gallifreyan mother's instincts to repair things and a daughter confused about her origins wanting answers. All of this was compelling and touched the hearts of everyone friend and foe of Gallifrey and The Time Lord's.

All of the Time Lord's enemies and enemies of Gallifrey also allies of the Time Lord's and Gallifrey received this message from a Time Lady called Tecteun. People everywhere got this message and were trying to decipher why she would send this message. Then they all got video of what happened on Gallifrey and showed it's real destruction giving the full context of what went down. After a few decades everyone got weary and have been meeting up to decide what to do about this. The enemies of Gallifrey also the allies of Gallifrey and The Time Lord's had felt meaningless without a worthy friendship and a worthy opponent. They decided to make a better version of Gallifrey and The Time Lord's in The Doctor and his human and Time Lady companions and what they stood for they decided to make a New Gallifrey with a better Time Lord society.

After The time war when Gallifrey was “destroyed” in the last few days of the time war people around the universe had thought all of the time Lord's were gone. The Doctor everyone thought was gone too but he wasn't and he eventually went back and changed this thus Gallifrey was saved. The Master after finding out the truth about how he and so many of his people are able to regenerate he destroyed Gallifrey this time completely even had a friend of the Doctor's blow it up after The Master took in the cyberium and changed the dead Time Lord's into cybermasters. After a few centuries After that Gallifrey had built up sympathy from all of its enemies and allies who then got the attention of the division once they learned something had happened to their home planet of Gallifrey they got to work building a coalition of all of the enemies and allies to begin a discussion with each other.
